Adjudicating:

James and Claire Taplin are available for adjudicating Ballroom and Latin competitions. Qualifications to date are:

Demonstrations:

As James and Claire come from a competitive dance background - they have been invited all over the country and abroad. They have a long list of performances - topping this list was performing at the 50th birthday celebrations of Sir Elton John. They were invited along with 14 other dancers to perform at the Hammersmith Palais in front of Elton and his celebrity audience.

Another group demonstration was performed at the National finals of the Culinary Awards held at the Savoy in London - so impressed with this performance, the organisers booked the same show for the International finals in Paris.

Other demonstrations include performing at the Royal Albert Hall for the CCPR event representing EADA. Also at the Victoria and Albert Museum as they launched their Tiara Ball.

Lectures:

James and Claire Taplin have lectured about Ballroom dancing for many organisations. They are registered and qualified with two of the most prestigious dancing faculties - the International Dance Teachers Association and the Imperial Society Teachers of Dance.

They have lectured for the IDTA - for their local and national congress (a lecture given to dance teachers)

For the English Amateur Dancers Association training scheme for Senior and Amateur competitive dancers.

For Philip Whylie of Holiday and Dance - the biggest promotor of dance holidays in the UK. They have lectured for many of his festivals for social and competitive dancers.

Southampton University - for their social dancers and competitive dancing team.
